I believe we're both correct, but if the real reason that others are
complaining about Hispanics coming here has nothing to do with race and is
really about breaking laws then a way to get people to not break laws when they
come here we need to get rid of our racist quotas and make as simple for
Hispanics to legally come here as it is for Canadians.
