First, Sweden is a little piss-ant Red country without any resources to even
take good care of it's oldies and are soon without any defence at all so how
in the world should we be able to do anything at all? And this is the same for
many countries.
Second, Sweden doesn't try to castigate US, merely trying to make you see that
not everything is revolving around USA.

Why not leave it to the UN to decide what to do? That's what the are for.
Oh no, then you should perhaps not be in charge and that would be catastrophic.

What I understand is that you *think* you have the answers to everything.

As I have said, we don't have the resources but do what the UN tell/ask
us to do.
