Ärende: The CIA torture plane
=============================

BF>>> Sadly though, it all fits with what's beeing said here and by me.

EH>> Who gives a rip what you say? You'd believe anything that was
 EH>> anti-American.

BF> I would even believe it if it was pro-American but nothing much is. And
when
BF> you finally does something good as sending the Navy to Thailand, they

Huh? What on earth are you talking about?

The US was the first to react to the tsunami and we heard nothing but how
little we cared and how cheap Bush was. We are still told how little we give in
aide while the rest of the world is so caring. Anything to disparage the US.

BF>>> Btw. I saw a documentary on History Channel the other day. Made by both
BF>>> the English and the Americans about why America joined WWII.

EH>> The History Channel isn't the perveyer of truth. I have seen several
shows
 EH>> that are not accurate.

BF> And you know this because........you were at the scene when it happend?

Good grief. I know this because I know the truth.

BF>>> Churchill asked FDR to have a meeting with him aboard a ship. They spoke
BF>>> for a day or two and agreed about a document. FDR said no to join the
war
BF>>> but nothing was published. All Americans thought he did so they started
BF>>> to speculate about it. When the Japaneese heard this and thought that
USA
BF>>> and England had an agreement they also wanted to be part of it since
they
BF>>> thought that they should be getting help with their fight against China.

EH>> Now that is pure unadulterated nonsense.

 BF> See above.
 BF> Why should they lie?

Because they wanted to disparage the US. Japan never wanted the US to help
them. They knew from the start that the US was against their attack of China.

BF>>> FDR didn't even respond to Japan and that pissed them off so they
atacked
BF>>> Pearl Harbour. The day after the attack when Hitler heard about it HE
 BF>>> declared war against USA.

EH>> Balony! Gremany and Japan had an agreement long before Japan attacked
EH>> Pearl. Germany declared war on the US because they and Japan had a pact
EH>> that if the US attacked either one the other would declare war. Germany
EH>> used Japan's attack as a sign that the US would soon be participating in
 EH>> the European front.

BF> And how do you prove that?

It's part of history, Bjorn. Real history, not that alternative history you
like to believe.

BF>>> This totally changes the version you have been given me that USA came
BF>>> running to help Europe. Of course you did, Hitler had decleared war to
 BF>>> USA.

EH>> The US was helping the war in Europe long before Germany declared war on
EH>> the US. We were supplying Britain and the USSR in the early days of the
 EH>> war.

BF> Helping perhaps but not in any action.

US warships escorted supply ships half way across the Atlantic and engaged in
combat with German U-boats. US warships sunk several U-boats and at least one
US warship was sunk by a U-boat.

BF> But you agree to that Germany declared war against USA in the first place
and
BF> not the other way around.

No one ever denied that Germany declared war first. That wasn't what pulled the
US into the war, though. It was the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor.

BF>>> Now I expect you to say that this isn't true and that it's anti-American
BF>>> propaganda but people from both England and USA appeard on the program
BF>>> telling their version and they all agreed to it.

EH>> Good for them. That doesn't make it true. You can find anyone to say
EH>> whatever you would like said, but it doesn't make it true.

BF> But what you say is always the truth?

Of course, I never lie.

Ed
