No argument there. I have seen people get off scott free for DUIs. I say that
if a person drinks and drives and then causes a collision where someone is hurt
seriously or killed that they should get mandatory prison time. 10 to 25 years
in prison with no access to alcohol should be good for serious injury and 25 to
life for death.
