When you raise the question of the `quality' or `lack' of someone elses
service.you certainly need to be ready to have your own questioned.


And it is perfectly legitimate to do so.

Again.....you toss someone `else's' service out there.with the "cut and run"
macro you use so often. In order for you to have the sort of standing it takes
to do that.....`your' service must have been exemplary, itself. The simple
question is: `was' your service exemplary? Unblemished? If it isn't....you are
casting stones unjustly.

The fact that "he flew" one at all.....is extraordinary by itself.

*You* don't know any more about it than Burke or Rather knew.


Bush put in his time......had `more' points than he actually needed to have
`completed' his obligation.......and has an *honorable* discharge.

So..........you have absolute, positive proof of whats "rather obvious"...
right? You have his `direct' statement about the "drinking and doing dope"
part? You can absolutely post up a statement that Bush himself made where he
said he "doesn't deny drinking and doing dope at that time"?

Bush trained on....and flew, a war plane. Thats fact. He `did' it. Some people
make claims and statements they attribute `to' him....that they can't back up
with any factual proof.


Dan Rather tried laying `his' version of that out there just prior to election
day .....and was exposed as a fraud. It cost him his spot at CBS.


"Its rather obvious as to why he didn't show up".....is *not* fact. Pure
speculation on your (and others) part. Much ado about nothing! (someone
somewhere said that, once.....Shakespear?)
