 No, it doesn't. What it does do is cut into executive bonuses.
 See, corporations live forever, if they don't go broke, so they
 have an inherent interest in long term thinking. Preventing
 poverty is good for long term thinking.

 Executives have limited time to feed off the people, so they
 have no real interest in long term thinking, in a great many
 cases.

 So, preventing poverty cuts into executive profits, not
 corporate profits.
