No, Tim.  I only use that when the case warrants it.  As it is, the 
above was taken from a very recent interview with Condi Rice.  Thiose, 
thoigh paraphrased, are her words.

Yep, signs that the US pressince is having an effect...

Chlorine gas by itself is not weaponized.  And, it has legitimate 
instustrial purposes. In Iraq, the primary use is in water purification 
plants.   IEDs are just what the name says.  So, are you saying that 
the water purification plabts must be shut down?

If Saddam had them available he would have used them.  He fired off 
the few SCUDs he had and his bolt was shot.  Within days of the 
invasion his army was not just on the run but was melting back 
into the general populace to hide.  

The facts are that the US invaded Iraq on an unjustified pretext.  
Worse, it went in with rose-colored glasses expecting to be 
viewed as the Great Liberator.  

Every person in the Administration that had reservations about 
the operation were axed.  Others gave up their integrety to tout 
the war.  The war was fought on the cheap, even as far as adequate 
protection to US forces themselves.  

There was no exit strategy in place.  There still isn't one 
in the White House.  All this because Saddam went after the 
prez's daddy and Sonny Boy wanted to show his daddy how Gulf 
War I should have been finished.  

World support was quite high for the US when it went after 
Bin Laden in Afghanistan.  That was quickly eroded when GWB 
decided to go after Saddam instead.  That need was already 
being discussed in the first few days after GWB took office.  
Events leading up to 9/11 were ignored in favor of a way 
to justify an attack on Iraq.  

The result is that the US military is bogged down in the 
middle of a civil war that US presidential policy created.
