I would say 'hell no' for any murder -- I only object at money being set 
aside for 'civil rights' cases. ALL unresolved murders should get equal 
attention and equal funding. Thanks to Democrat race baiting they don't.

When was the last time the House passed a bill to open up ALL unresolved 
murders before 1970?  Answer: NEVER.

Apples and oranges. I never heard of this coalition before and it certainly 
isn't getting special tax dollars and playing on the emotions of 
African-Americans for ulterior political purposes. Perhaps if you weren't
so regressive and prejudiced in your thinking you would know that any such 
organization is hardly representative of conservatives, but you seem to be 
a run of the mill Dema-bot and as such this sort of distinction would
obviously be quite beyond your diminished capacity.

Which will be next to zero.  Again, this is just a political stunt that 
actually does more harm to the emotions and outlooks of African-Americans
TODAY than anything else, and there are plenty of African-Americans out 
there who are fed up with white liberals jerking on their strings every 
time they need political support. But the white leftist hypocrites don't 
care.  They just want African-American political support and will create 
as much racial discord and division as they have to to get it.

There is no statute of limitation on murder, so throwing EXTRA money at 
certain murders only is only serving the hypocrites who hide behind such 
bills. Again most go along because as politicians, they are scared to 
death of having any sort of racial connotation attached to their name
by the shake-down artists in the media, etc.
