Here is where you are completely dead ass wrong.

I can give you far shallower answers by the dozen.

What we need is a little more recognition that neither of us 

knows what the hell we are talking about.

Unless _you_ wish to proclaim divinity.

NOW FOR THE ANSWER:

The recognition that what this argument needs to do is to turn it's

 attention to is the fact that in this echo there is a deplorable

lack of off hand doggerel.

Death and life, life and death,The subject...but first...

A whole bunch of shallow answers:

Life? "What is life?" by Erwin Schroedinger changed

my life.

As did "A Study of Gurdjieff. "

and graduate work in Theology.

And my art teacher (BIG news! A painting I did sold! I have now sold the
same number of paintings that Van Gogh did in his lifetime!
And I am not only alive (a BIG plus) ...but I have both of my ears.)

("They are both in my dresser" Ta da bum.)


Back to this dreary question of when life begins...

Far more important (!) is understanding that

your life can only be understood backwards.

I started at about the age of three.

We can only go forwards. To what end? Hedonistic Zen?

To become rich? To be Noble?

When a man has pity on all living creatures,

 only then is he noble.(-Buddah)

Pity. Sorrow. Not sympathy. Hmmmmmmmmmmm. 

Now to the poem!

Primarily so that the world may know that world's poetry 

has progressed.

Progress...think about progress....(Mind wanders...and bumps into a tree)

There is virtue in memory and makes progress possible.

Hence all my PRIOR poems were shit. Did I have to point that out?

Do you have to say "Hell Yes!" Out loud?

To my poem! Of extreme worth...

You get to determine the worth of your own life -

Did you know that? Everyone else guesses...

The cosmic  worth of my exquisite poetry, will ring down the halls

of Time!

The poem: life and death

Life begins at forty. That what I was told as a boy.

Thinking back(WAY back) that's when I started to begin to commence

making enough coins of the realm to buy really neat-o toys...

Nah. I'd say now around 60. There more to learn than there was. 

(Or I'm slow. Or both.)

Ahem...to the Poem!


When I was 33, I thought 'I've now lived longer than Jesus did...'

(I do believe that Jesus really lived to remind us all what a rare thing
wisdom is.)

If I was smart I'd reduce that to Wisom is rare. How many Christs have

lived? 

Is there ANY truth to: in vino veritas? How would I know? I'm drunk! :-)
