 Sandbagged by Tennant, but don't confuse that with the CIA. The
 professionals at the CIA appear to have gotten it right, it was
 the political leaders who got it wrong.

 I'm not even sure it was Tennant. I seem to recall another
 political leader involved. Remember, Feith ran his intel
 operation out of the pentagon.

 Powell was wrong about that. If he said it. It was widely
 feared, but there was also a lot of doubts. Esp about the Nuke
 program. That was total fabrication.

 Yes, it was. Esp on the part of Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Feith etc.
