Is that what you were doing?  Waving your hands?  I couldn't see your
hands, nor did I want to know where they were.  But if you are trying to
say that your comment was relevant to the preceding parts of the thread.
feel free.  You haven't yet, and I doubt that you will.  The song was
played at the convention Wednesday night.  The group complained.  The song
was played again Thursday night, with the campaign people pointing out that
they had paid for the necessary license.  The group complained again. 
Several days later the song was played again at a rally in Lebanon, Ohio. 
And after THAT it was used at a rally in Virginia!  It is quite possible
that it is still being used now, weeks later, and just doesn't get
mentioned in news stories because it is no longer news to anyone but you!

But, hey, please jump right in and explain the pressing relevance of your
comment that if the group hadn't complained there wouldn't be a thread!

Try asking yourself now you can claim to know what ads are currently being
run in Ohio by the state party.  I have no reason to ask myself, since I
have already pointed out several times that either the people in Ohio paid
to use the song or they didn't pay.  His permission is irrelevant.  You
don't know whether they paid or not, and you don't realize that that is the
only relevant question about the suit.

Like I said above, I have no reason to believe that is true.  Nor is it
relevant to anything, unless someone in the campaign says they stopped
BECAUSE of Heart's lawsuit.  But since there IS NO SUCH SUIT, I really
doubt that will happen!
