Alexander,
 
You have now been a listed RC for over a year.
 
In that year you have not managed to deliver one ("1") single decent region
segment.
 
The 3 segments which you delivered all were delivered via Facebook-attach with
a wrong naming convention and continue to contain all the same errors as
before.
 
* Bad prefix for 2:450/321
* Space inside the entry for 2:452/36
* 2:452/23 wraps with "H16" in first position to the next line and is
  unmanageable
 
As the segment which you deliver does not have a standard (non-mandatory)
header with CRC- and daynumber-data in it, I am assuming you do not use MAKENL
or any other likewise software to compile your segment, but you do it with a
regular text-editor. This is not very wise ...
 
I also notice that you are capable of picking-up packets here on hold for
2:45/0 as well as for 2:450/68, so there is no reason why you couldn't deliver
a REGION-segment here that way.
 
This is what I am going to require from you:
 
1) You will start using correct named REGION45-files with a correct
   Julian-date extention
2) You will make certain that the aboce cited errors will be corrected a
   next time
3) Those REGION45-files in future will be delivered via direct communication
   the same way as other RCs do. If I receive another segment via Facebook
   I will 'NOT' process it anymore

If you are unable to perform these tasks then I will be forced to take measures
to have another RC45 elected and installed.
 
If that cannot happen, then the remaining nets of R45 will be migrated into
either R46, R50 or R56 as these have responsive RCs.
 
Do not think I hold any grudge aginst you or the region you reside in, that is
totally incorrect, but a year into the RC-learning-process should result into a
better performance than this.
 
It is also disturbing that as an RC from a fairly important region, you do not
list any contact information.
