You were the one who said you had bad audio disc copies if you did any 
multitasking during copy processes.

PIO (programmed input/output) requires the CPU to perform the data 
transfers.  As such, using the CPU for anything else risks bad copies 
since CDs need to be written as one complete track.  The new 
"burn-proof" technology is supposed to mitigate this problem of buffer 
underruns (CPU can't kepe the data flow fast enough).  You do have a 
problem with the burner only using PIO, for whatever reason.

Good time to let her get under the sink to learn.  Compare it to your 
registry whacking...  ;)
