Ärende: Word Perfect Problem

 Jay this is a printer problem, I've seen it happen even with Microsoft
 Office. Remember the word processor checks to see what the program
 printer is set to and then reformats the document to the new printer
 parameters. In this case, it looks like what happened when after a
 document was created for a Ink Jet Printer had the printer re-selected
 to a dot matrix printer.
 If you don't have more than one prnter configured on your system, then
 I suggest you re-install the printer driver.
