I tend to agree with Mr. Dvorak and will go one step further: "will always
be a predator monopoly unless your judiciary starts applying the law."

I'm proud to be a Canadian because our world influence is NOT perceived as
being the "bad cop".  (I can hear Alan clearing his throat over this, so I
will say no more... <grin>)

I do believe that MS will try the "bully" tactic as long as it can and as
long as it can tie the court system up with the litigation.  If the EU
collectively decided to go with some form of *NIX, MS share prices would
plummet and then you might see some changes made (advantage of that line of
reasoning is that the courts would not have to deal with the suits and some
lawyers would have to find other ways to pay for the wife's second Mercedes
Benz.)
