1) Since WIN95 is a public network, it hardly matters whose name is on
the reply-to line... in fact, the nntp: program I'm using
(MT-Newswatcher for Mac) hides the reply-to line by default.

2) I'm not faulting either the Mac or the user, rather the organization
responsible for websites that are not easily accessed by users with
non-majority browsers and/or computer platforms.

The web was designed to be an open platform with a set of open
standards. Microsoft has encouraged web programmers to use proprietary
tools to create IE/Windows-only code. Poor decision by Microsoft, and by
the coders and organizations that persist in using it.
