Same here with Frontier.  They recently called to get me to switch from 
Road Runner and I quickly ended the call.

Interesting.  I was an early adopter here in Rochester, NY, of Road 
Runner (back in 1998 - I think I subscribed about 6 months after it was 
introduced) and had 10Mb downloads with 384kb up.  The download speeds 
dropped after several years to someplace in the range of 2-5Mb but those 
came back up for bragging rights over DSL - we're at 10Mb again.  Upload 
speeds have remained at 384kb (dammit!) but there's at least a 
reasonably (?) priced upgrade to "turbo RR" with 1Mb upload speeds for 
an additional $10/mo.  Better than the business class I called about 
which would have given me 512kb for $70/mo...

There have been rumors that TW wants to do things but nothing has come 
to fruition yet.  I'm happy to stay where I am (not that I have another 
choice)...
