My install of W2K is really quite good here too. If all
versions of Windows had been as stable/usable as W2K has been

I just recently tested for broken links and either replaced
those that were 'broken' or removed them if I was unable to
locate the same/similar. Update? Not often. I try to cover only
what I know from personal experience or a 'trusted' source that
vouches for the usefulness/accuracy of information on the
webpages. Once or twice each year I have 'googled' for
information that I might have missed long ago. :-)

Right now my information is that 1gig of memory will be
required but I don't recall installed size of the OS. It was
quite large though. Many times more than I had expected it to
be. I have the impression Longhorn will require the purchase of
a new machine for most people but I'm not hearing anything that
makes me think the upgrade would serve a purpose for a user
such as myself.
