I need to get everything setup and going before the busy season begins.

Starting in November we get real busy.  US Thanksgiving day is on Nov 26th and
following that the Christmas season starts.  We will be doing visitations in
addition to our normal mission work.

No.  Windows running on a Mac is a matter of dual booting.  Apple provides
drivers for the hardware on the OS X installation DVD.  Just pop in the DVD
after Win 7 installs and the drivers will be installed automatically. 
Actually, there's nothing special about the Apple hardware as far as Windows is
concerned.
