Same Pacific one I bet that you are used to.  Not knowig what the others look
like, I cant say is this one has a wider head than others of that same ilk,
but it did have a large one.  Anyways, the mullet was good.  The milkfish
(Bangus) is still frozen.

We filled the center of the mullet with washed spinach (Kangkoon), shmenji and
enoki mushrooms (Shmenji are a very close taste match to button mushrooms
while enoki are the long thin pallid tasting ones with tiny button heads). We
oiled the outside and then lightly coated it with a mix of blackened fish
seasoning (a prepared mix, mostly black pepper and mixed dried chiles), a
little calamansi powder (just a touch for zing).  A little more oil inside and
a few small dabs of butter plus some sections of meekan (Mandarin orange, very
close to a small tangerine and in OZ, I saw them or an extremely close cousin
labeled as asian tangerine at Walmart).  We baked it whole at 400F for 15 mins
and it was just right.  It all got eaten as we had Elises trio here that night
for dinner.  Sides were a big batch of rice and a tureen of 2 cans of
vegetable soup made up, plus 2 cans of peas.  Fresh bread with jelly and the
last of the honey bear (Pooh bread with strawberry jelly).

I never MM'ed Pooh bread but it's a total kid pleaser, even for us older kids. 
It's just a standard breadmaker loaf of mixed white ane wheat (often I now add
a little rye to the mix too.  50% white, 50% 'other'.  1.5 cups white, 1
wheat, 1/2 rye works well).  Anyways, slice the bread then spread very thinly
with butter and drizzle with honey and nuke it (this time we used the oven as
it was already hot from the fish) til warm and the butter melts.  Put a pot of
jam at the side and let the kids decide how much to add.  Makes for a
reasonably healthy dessert compared to what most folks serve.
