So far there's not much of a link with lung cancers being genetically
inclined...that one is primarily environmental..which makes it one of the
easiest to avoid.Breast, prostate, liver, colon and others are very much
linked to genetics (seemingly). My mom regularly "encourages" me (grin) to
get screened for colon and prostate.....and I do get checked regularly (TOO
regularly for my tastes).

We have so many good mexican places in town now! They almost outnumber the

Yep, when I was growing up that was our primary bread, and I have to admit
there is a certain amount of "comfort food" aspect to it, but knowing how
empty it is of any real nutritional value helps to avoid it!
