The rice balls are the ones Charlotte likes best.  Not sure if i have described
them?  It's sticky rice in a handpressed 'sushi' with 'hidden suprise' (cherry
usually, stem sticking out and something green tied in a bow on the stem). You
dip them in sauces or use to sop up the juice from the burger (mayo and meat
juices).

Ah it is fun!  The name on the menu for that horrified little bell pepper is
just 'pepper stuffed with noodle' so part of the fun is finding out what it;s
really gonna look like.  It's a deliberate humor in the menu label vice the
real name we all use (eat my brains).

Sara found a really cute one.  'Egg Salad' was the name.  It was a thick egg
salad with green food coloring, shaped to look like a catapiller with little
(seaweed, that red one, oga?) legs, slived black olives made eye holes with
little adzuki beans for the center, Pimiento for the mouth (it's sticking it's
tounge out at you).  The kids call it 'catapillar salad'.  It's hiding partly
under a leaf of lettuce with little rice balls tucked like bolders, about the
body and it has this scared little look as it peeks up at you from under it's
lettuce cover where it's hiding.

Grin, I always laugh when you tell that one!  It's so much like somethng
Charlotte would do!  Then again, she's apt to demo that on our version of a
'fish stick'.
