That's nice.  "Skin of your teeth" time allowances get tedious very quickly.

We have both DQ and Sonic here, but I imagine it has been close to 30 years
since I've been in either one of them.

It's good that you were able to do that.  Inadequate leg room when you're
hurting is pretty unpleasant, even for short trips.

That can be a problem, too.  I had an apparent allergic reaction to penicillin,
when civilian.  As an Army dependent, I mentioned that to a nurse when I was to
be hospitalized, and of couse she found no mention of it in my records. 
Because of that, she said, she couldn't make me a wristband warning of allergy.
 She paused for a bit, then said, "I notice that you haven't been given
penicillin for anything.  I can make a note that the patient *says* she is
allergic to penicillin."  I agreed to that!
