If the Feral Gummint tried that sort of crap here you'd see the second American
revolution. You Ozzies, being unarmed have to take it as it comes. We
americans, thanks to the 2nd and 4th amendments of the Bill of Rights we are a
somewhat armed society.

An armed man is a citizen. An unarmed man is a subject.

This is drifting into the realm of politics ... and I'm not especially
comfortable discussing politics or religion in _this_ venue.

Both are best discussed in person, lubricated by copious amounts of ethyl
alcohol ... the unversal lubricant of all solving the problems of the world
discussions. Bv)=

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

Title: Veal Scallopini W/Brown Butter & Capers
 Categories: Beef, Classic
      Yield: 4 servings

3 tb Olive or vegetable oil
    1/2 c All-purpose flour
1 lb Thin veal scallopini (less
           - than 1/4" thick)
4 tb Unsalted butter; in pieces
  1 1/2 tb Red-wine vinegar
1 1/2 tb Drained small capers
      2 tb Chopped flat-leaf parsley

Quick-cooking scallopini are perfect for breathing new life
into busy weeknights. And the brown butter doesn’t hurt either.

Heat a 12-inch heavy skillet (not nonstick) over high heat
until hot, then add oil and heat until it shimmers.

Meanwhile, stir together flour, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp
pepper, then pat veal dry and dredge in flour, knocking
  off excess.

Cook veal in 2 batches, turning once, until browned and
just cooked through, 2 to 2 1/2 minutes per batch. Transfer
  to a plate.

Discard oil from skillet, then add butter and cook over
medium heat, shaking skillet frequently, until browned and
fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in vinegar, capers, and 1/4
tsp each of salt and pepper. Return veal to skillet just to
heat through, then sprinkle with parsley.
