Hello Carol.,

   I see this conference is about cooking, and my comments
vilolate the reason of being for this conference.

 They have two types of hospitals in Brazil....one for those

I usually am allowed brolied meats on the weekend.  Fish yes love
that.   cup of rice....yes.... correct on a few berries but they
allow me rassberies and ban strawberrys and well melons are allowed.

 CS> breast cancer but the tests now after treatment show she seems fine.

I am so glad for Ruth, whom I don't know.   But then I lost a dear
friend in the US to Cancer as it went through her entire body
with nothing much to be done. It was heart wrenching for me and
my family there.

Thank you Carol.   I do appreciate it.    I have salads most days
in the afternoon with lots of water, banana and oranges. Breakie
is tea and some toast and down the hatch with too many pills.
Diner is veggies , and fish broiled, and thats only if I am
awake.   Night is always H*ll with pain...to the point I was
up all night.

I really appreciate all you are trying to do for me....really.
