Okay - I think TnT would be the way to go, Chinese at Otto's, a
clam crawl, an ice cream crawl - luckily things change relatively
slowly in New England. But planning is fun. And to vary things up,
there are a couple good BBQ places, all sorts of weird ethnic
food (there is a place that last I heard served raw lamb liver in
hot pepper), plus the Eagles Deli (the #2 best place to pig out,
according to one of those travel shows).

CARRABBA'S CHICKEN MARSALA
cat: chain, main, slightly nonstandard, Italian
Yield: 4 servings

4 whole chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
Salt, pepper and butter to season
1 lg shallot, chopped fine
2 oz (about 8 slices) thin sliced prosciutto, julienne
8 oz sliced mushrooms (shiitake, white or mixed)
2 Tb clarified butter
1/2 c dry Marsala wine
1/4 c chicken or veal stock
1 Tb Italian parsley, chopped
4 Tb cold, unsalted butter

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Brush with butter and
grill until done approximately 8 to 10 min or until cooked
to an internal temperature of 165F.

Remove chicken from grill and place on a warm plate. To a
skillet add the clarified butter, shallots, prosciutto and
mushrooms. Cook for about 1 to 2 min, then add wine and
stock and cook, deglaze the pan and cook until Marsala and
stock is reduced by more than half.

Lower flame and add parsley and butter. Shake pan and swirl
chicken in the pan. When butter has melted and sauce is a
nice creamy consistency, adjust taste for salt and pepper.
Serve chicken with mushroom sauce on top.
