You?  "moderate"?!  "compromise"?  Perhaps something _has_ happened to
your brain!

Isn't your ISP God?  Where have I read, "In God we trust"?

I trust just about everyone (up to a point), and (so far) Dr Pangloss
hasn't let me down (much).

  On another occasion, the ladies & I went on a goanna hunt. This is a
  favourite food of Aboriginal pople all over Australia, especially
  these ladies. They love the goanna & also the hunt.
  
  With long sticks & wooden clubs we set off into the sand hills which
  was made up of sparse trees & Spinifex grass. We were looking for
  dug-out holes where the goannas would sleep during the hot days.
  
  When we spotted a deep hole in the sand one of the ladies would poke
  the sharp stick into the hole. Hopefully a goanna was home to be
  enticed out & then other ladies would club it over the head. It
  usually was a hit-&-miss operation & a whole day's hunting may yield
  1 or 2 nice fat goannas. It is hard work.
  
  That day we downed 2 goannas & a bonus dilly bag of bush bananas.
  They are similar to a large bean & have the same texture. These grow
  like vines off the trees & spring out of the ground with the last
  rain at the end of the wet season. You have to have a keen eye to
  find them like everything else when you are in the desert.
  
  Back to the goannas... it was lunch time, So out comes the billy, a
  flour tin. All the flour in the remote communities comes in tins. The
  tins come in handy for gathering food & making tea. One of the ladies
  put the fire on & waited till the wood burned to hot coals. The
  goannas were placed on top. The bush bananas were eaten raw as the
  goannas were slow roasted & occasionally turned.
  
  The ladies used a stick to remove the goannas & placed them on some
  melaleuca branches. They broke the lizards apart & we all ate
  heartily with plenty of billy tea. Once again again a great time &
  experience was had by all.
