I think I've only seen the ones with the two wheels in the back.  I've
seen some three-wheeled vehicles with the two in the front, but they
looked more like racers than bikes.  I don't expect that we'll ever have
the extra cash to put out for any such thing.... if we did, I'd do more
research to find out what I might be happy with... (G)

Last night, I ended up experimenting a new pizza for supper... Had a
Boboli crust that needed using, and wanted to do something using the
oven to help heat up the kitchen (we got a few too many cool days/nights
in a row, and the furnace is, I think, off for the summer).  But I
didn't really want either of our standbys.  So I started scouting the
kitchen... ended up with what I guess I'm going to call a caponata
ricotta pizza.  I spread about 8 oz of ricotta cheese on the crust, then
added a 10 oz jar of caponata over it, and mixed them slightly.  Then I
added a small can of sliced black olives, and spread maybe 6-8 slices of
Hormel natural cured salami (pre-cut slices) cut into short thin strips
over the top.  Then I put probably about a cup of shredded cheese (I
would have used mixed Italian, but only had mixed Mexican, which worked
ok, too) over everything and put it in the oven until the cheese was
melted and browned. (My oven, only the broil unit works, so when it
turns on to keep the temp, there's a bit of browning that happens.)
Turned out pretty good.  :)   (Ok, so I do have a few spurts of "cook"
left in me... [g])
