Hi Carol,

Edited the subject header to make it more appropriate to the season. The

A ten day (actually 8 in country but a day for travel either side) trip,
lead by the seminary president and one of the deans.  It's a study tour;
we have to keep journals, attend lectures, do book reviews, etc for
course credit.  We're leaving right after Christmas, getting back next
year. (G)  Most meals are included with the tour but I think we will
have chances to go off on our own for lunch some days.

I'm trying not to get that way but am also sewing a dress for Sarah (got
to get it in the mail ASAP) and hemming some dressy slacks to take on
the trip.  Decided to do the dress on Monday; it's about 1/3 done.  I
should have it finished by Friday afternoon to maybe go out Saturday.
That and get some Christmas goodies made.

Same here, but the rice cooker gets a fair amount of use still.

 CS> Yup, there too.  1988 on?  Drifted off around 1995 from Crafting.

It died out a few years later, as well as the Sew & Quilt and Cross
Stitching echoes.  Some of it was personality conflict, some just lack
of interest.  At times I miss the S&Q one.

I'll check the seminary calendar & get back to you on it.  Since we're
not graduating this year, we don't have to stick around for it.  We are
going to the Dec. graduation ceremony this Friday; someone that used to
be in our church (now back in Uganda) is getting his doctorate.
