That is always the best option but unavoidable a lot of the time. A
friend had back surgery a good 10 years ago after having problems for
many years.  Today he's doing so much better; it's hard to remember the
pain he was in before he had the surgery.

I've got a family history of osteoporosis & I broke several bones at at
a relatively early age.  Turned out I had osteopenia (possibly
aggravated by steroids for asthma) but bones are now back to a normal
density--at least as of the scan I had last November.

Might give it a try after I replenish my red wine vinegar supply.  I
used up the bottle I had on hand when I made the sauerbraten last week.

And a very appropriate name for it too.  I opened the stuffing bread bag
I'd gotten at WFM last night to go with a rotisserie chicken.  It was
actually on the bland side.  I sauteed some celery & onion and added a
bit of poultry seasoning, probably could have added more than I did and
used stock instead of water for more flavor.

Wimpy dog.  Our neighbors at the time had a cocker, also named Sam, who
didn't like to get his paws wet either.

Silly kitty.  Still, I wish I could have one so enjoy Daisy cat for me.
