It's really nice with the larger pieces, such as a pork shoulder rendered
down slowly to pulled pork.  I know you don't have a use for that much pork,
and honestly there's little your normal one below, can't do short of that. 
The only other thing i can think of is a large skomed turley leg whole made
into 'pulled smoked turkey'.  Bone's too big for your unit.

I believe 2 quart?  Near that.  Box gone now of course so can't check.  Big
enough to reliably cook without burning but more sized to our needs now.

I've seen those.  Idea doesnt appeal to me somehow.  Oh and they have new
'smart cookers' but just looking at the box ads on them, nope.  They 'auto
turn off' at various set times.  Give me a simpler unit with high, low, warm.

Same as mine has just 'on off' (plugged in or not).  I think they came out
with heat levels on them later.  No need to replace just to have that but
when it eventually subsumes, will replace with one with heat levels.

Yup!  Oh and i don't have storage room either.  I've got a pile of kitchen
stuff on the floor sorta under the china cabinet ;-)
