Genetics is a large part of it.  Some of my family are super sized; I've
tried to avoid getting that way for health reasons. We're going on more
of a fruit & vegetable push, as well as healthier ways of cooking since
doing school work isn't condusive to losing weight.

No, and we won't be putting any up in this place.  A lot of the lower
wall space is covered with furniture, bookshelves, etc and the upper
space is too broken up (visually) for it.  Besides, it's a rental and we
don't want the hassles of removing it in a few years.

I think she's having more problems with it than we are.  Some people
have a lot of trouble, some have none and others have varying amounts of
problems in between the none and a lot.  Still, it's good to have
available.

That's what they say. We went up to the winter farmer's market (only
once a month vs every week) this morning with medium weight jackets.  I
wore the same one as yesterday; Steve grabbed a fleece jacket, but he
didn't have the sweater layer he did yesterday.  Rain is supposed to
come in tonight, until Monday.  Picked up some honey, sorgum syrup and
goat cheese spreads today.

Just tuning out the world at large to concentrate more on the world
around them.

OK, I understand.  Most of the people who have used my rice bags have
been happy with the way I make them.  I've used a heavier weight muslin,
sometimes a couple of layers or a heavier fabric.  Not too heavy since I
make a heavier cover, usually a towel or something of that sort.

That works, especially if you can find the old cardigans.  Some of them
are labled as hand wash only--until they get that first machine wash and
get nice and cuddly with the fibres next to it.

Couldn't have either one, sigh!  Would have cost a bundle in cat food
fattening them up.

Easiest way to check it out would be to get my own copy and peruse it at
my leisure.  I picked up a little Isaeli foods cook book on the trip;
Steve posted the hummus recipe from it.  There are others in it we will
try, and probably post over the next few months.

We've got the grain mill for making flours.  Steve had some coffee; the
rest is in the freezer for whenever his folks or other coffee drinkers
visit.  Not much chance my parents will visit; they don't do much travel
these days.  But, the coffee would be there for them if they did visit.
