The one we had in Savannah was more powerful at the lower setting than
the higher one.  Here, there's some, not a whole lot of difference
between the two.  But it's not really an exhaust fan, which is handy at
times. (G)

Get a little note book or net book.  The EeePC is very lightweight.  I
can work with it in a lot of areas where a lap top would be too big.

Yes, but like with my sewing, the biggest cost is in the time spent on
it. To fully recoup the cost of most things, I'd have to charge a lot
more than I do.  Materials alone can be reasonable tho, unless it's a
really upscale project.  I don't use the 5/$1.00 spools of thread
either; I get (or have the customer buy) quality, which usually isn't
too expensive.

Not at all!  It's warmed up to the mid 40s but that's as high as it's
expected this week.  I'm going to roast some brussels sprouts to go with
tonight's supper--and add some heat to the house.
