many concerts does the orchestra do in a season?

Every bit helps.  When I went for the chest x-ray last week, I asked
about a co-pay & was told there was none.  I'd already paid one to the
doctor's office & had to pay for the 2 prescriptions.  One was a generic
so it was 1/3 the cost of the name brand.  I am glad Steve spent as long
as he did in the Army; our retirement medical plan is over all, pretty
decent.

OK, what can I sub for the red wine here?  I know it's part of the over
all taste so I don't want to go too far off in flavor.  This looks like
it would go with some sort of beef type meal.
