We don't have it here in USA any longer, either. The truck stops are all
Truckstops of America locations currently. Has Texaco left Canadia? Last time I
was going down the 401 most of the plazas were Texaco.

Or the truck is so long/heavy as to be restricted to the Interstate system
except to make deliveries. And then only within 15 miles of the Interstate.
Although, the best BBQ I ever had was at a roadside place on US 98 in
Mississippi. They had BBQ and boiled shrimp. I chose the BBQ.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Shrimp (sorta) Creole
 Categories: Udd, Seafood, Cajun, Chilies
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      2 tb Oil (or more)
      8 oz Fresh mushrooms; chopped
      1 md Onion; chopped medium
      1 lg Bell pepper; chopped medium
  1 1/2 c  Chopped celery
     10 lg Cloves garlic; chopped fine
      2 tb Uncle Dirty Dave's chilli
           - spice(sub Emeril's Essence
           Or Cajun Seafood Seasoning)
  1 1/2 ts Crushed red pepper
           +=OR=+
    1/2 ts Cayenne
           Salt
     15 oz Can Red Gold diced tomatoes
           - w/Chilies
     28 oz Can stewed tomatoes
  1 1/2 lb Shrimp; (U-70), peeled,
           - deveined
 
  Heat oil in large skillet or Dutch Oven over medium heat.
  Dump in veggies and saute' until onion is translucent (5 to 7
  minutes). Add spices and salt. Stir one minute until well
  mixed. Mix in tomatoes with their juices; reduce heat to
  simmer. Simmer until sauce is thick, stirring occasionally.
  Once sauce thickens nicely add shrimp and simmer just until
  shrimp is cooked through - 5 minutes or so.
  
  Serve over rice.
  
  Serves 6 with seconds for some.
