That's not a kitchen, it's an emergency hookup.  Either that or a New York
efficiency.  Some of those have no kitchen at all.  Maybe a dorm fridge and
a coffee maker, but that's it.

Definitely no cooks.  It was a great kitchen for someone who eats two food
groups - frozen and take-out. All others should steer clear.

I'd want a big farmhouse kitchen with new wiring and lots of counter space. 
And a big, deep sink.  A pot-filler over the stove wouldn't be a bad thing
either, especially for you. Or me, eventually.
