Yes, and you can't rush it. This "training" of babies is more training
of the mom.

We've done the whole wheat thing about as long as we've been married.
Yes, it was "fun" trying to find it in the mid to late 70s, but not
impossible.  Now more and more places are carrying at least one brand,
if not more. Usually a name brand and the store's own name. But, the
labels have to be read carefully to make sure it's 100% whole wheat.

Prices are a bit higher at the farmer's markets but the quality of the
produce is usually top notch. Plus you can get some new recipes from the
vendors or share some of yours.
