It's not the acoustics that people go there for, but for the
chance of experiencing commonality between themselves and the
famous performers, with nothing between them but the air, in
the company of 50000 of their nearest and dearest. Could lead
to Adolflike situations.

I differ, of course; but you might be surprised to find that I
have a strong preference in this matter, that being an extra-sharp
but not crumbly Cheddar. For me the deciding taste factor is the
contrast between the strong flavors of the beef fat and the cheese,
the other issue being getting the most bang for my lactose-pill
buck. I think for others the source of pleasure is the texture
contrast between smooth cheese and firm burger; but if I get a
firm burger, I tend to send it back.

      Title: Vidalia Onion Dip
 Categories: Gifts, Appetizers
      Yield: 4 cups

      2    Large vidalia onions, 1/4'd
  1 1/2 c  Shredded parmesan cheese
      1 c  Mayonnaise
      1 c  Sour cream
  2 1/2 ts Dried dill weed, divided

  Preheat oven to 325.  In a food processor, process onions until finely
  chopped.  Add 1 cup cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and 2 tsp dill
  weed; process until well blended.  Spoon mixture into 2 9" glass pie
  plates. Sprinkle tops evenly with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and
  remaining 1/2 tsp dill weed.  Bake 40 to 45 min or until lightly
  browned. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.  Give with
  serving instructions. To serve: Serve with chips or crackers at room
  temperature or reheat in microwave at 80% for about 3 min.
