      Title: Cappuccino Cheesecakes

      Yield: 1

  1 1/4 c  chocolate wafer crumbs
    1/3 c  melted butter
      1 pk cream cheese softened
      1 c  plain yogurt
    1/4 c  strong coffee or expresso
      2    eggs at room temperature
    1/2 c  sugar
  1 1/2 ts cornstarch

Preheat oven to 325. Mix cookie crumbs and butter until combined. Spoon 1
1/2 tablespoons of crumb mixture into 12 paper lined muffin cups. Press
firmly into bottom of each cup

Filling Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until creamy. Add yogurt
slowly. Gradually add remaining ingredients. Spoon cream cheese mixture
even into crusts. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until cheesecakes have set. For
an elegant presentation drizzle with melted chocolate or dust with cocoa
powder.

      Title: Pork And Vegetable Stir Fry Noodle

      1 lb pork shoulder cut into 3/8 x
           - 1 inch; strips
      2 ts cornstarch
      1 ts dark soya sauce
    1/4 ts white pepper
      2 tb wok oil
      1    bag stir fry vegetables
  3 1/2 tb oyster sauce
  1 1/2 tb dark soya sauce
    3/4 c  chicken broth
      1    bag thrifty foods chow mein 
           -noodles

Mix Pork Soya Sauce, cornstarch and white pepper together in a bowl.  Cover
and refrigerate for 30 minutes.  Cook chow mein noodles in boiling water
for 4 minutes.  Rinse in cold water and set aside in a colander to allow
noodles to drain
In a large pan heat oil over medium high heat.  Sear pork until golden.
Stir constantly while cooking.  Add stir fry vegetables, oyster sauce, soya
sauce and chicken broth.  Stir and cover for 3 minutes.  Add chow mein
noodles.  Toss and heat noodles till liquid is absorbed.  Serve and enjoy.
