most likely a good solution! Was at a
wedding reception last night and had
whole BRANZINO, some sort of 
European sea bass, boy was it gOod!!
Very delicate and it came boned out with
the heads still on! Also had Risotto with
braised squid and squid ink! Envision black
rice with very delicate and tasty squid
bits all mixed in...so black you could not
tell what you were eating (squid or rice) 
until you had it in your mouth!  We had 
so much and such a varied menu! We had
to leave before the dessert courses arrived!

We don't mind the weather here, wet
and grey for most of the winter, sunny
and dry during the summers.
