They need to double fry their fries, given the size of them. The place
was moderately busy, but not so busy that the couple of extra minutes to
do a double fry wouldn't have held orders up too long. In and Out Burger
works on the same idea, just burgers and fries, fast and cheap. Not as
many topping choices but the fries are thin and more well done. I tried
one of theirs Animal Style (not on the menu but available by request,
grilled onions are added) but preferred the original. Not a cheeseburger
fan so that was a non consideration.

We're not doing a whole lot of smoking this year. Time, travel, school,
etc have kept us busy otherwise. Steve did a Boston butt Kalua pork
style up at Dale's last week; it was good! I added a spinach salad,
gingred carrots, Portugese (Hawaiian) sweet bread (home made whole
wheat) and a pineapple upside down cake. Gail did rice and we had a mini
Hawaiian feast; they invited their neighbor Helen (you met her at the
picnic in 2007) and we had an enjoyable evening.
