Out here, farther from the source, fully swaddled is rare:
this person was, as is customary, partially swaddled, with
headgear, face mostly visible.

Roast chicken with dates
cat: main, Arabic
servings: 4

4 lb chicken
2 Tb light EVOO
1 lemon, juice of
s, p
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 ts cinnamon
1 Tb honey
10 oz dates, pitted

Oven at 350F.

Rub chicken with a mixture of the oil, half the lemon
juice, salt, pepper, and garlic. Roast 45 min, breast
down; turn chicken breast side up and roast 45 more min
or until juices run just clear.

Put the dates in a pot with water just to cover. Add
remaining ingredients and cook 10 min or until dates
are soft.

Cut chicken into serving pieces and serve with dates.
