Just keep track of who gave the good one, in case you need another...

It's like remembering to take yoghurt along with an antibiotic
regimen... a friend of mine and I used to remind each other all the
time, since when it was our own turn, that sometimes flew right out the
brain...  The G/C doesn't work for everyone, though... never did for me,
but it certainly has for other people.

Generally, when you submit it through the insurance, they work their
"magic" of reducing it, even if you end up having to pay the whole
eventual bill for your deductible....  But, granted, at that stage, the
cost still isn't exactly negligible...

It certainly is.  And I just weathered the renewal of that prior auth,
before I had to go into my hoarded supply (for drawn-out appeals when
they might happen... I don't take much for granted any more)...

I've heard seriously of people that have done just that... Had what
amounted to a medical vacation...  Not just the tests, but surgical
procedures as well...  A few years ago, I think there was an article
about that in one of the AARP publications... either the magazine or the
newsletter...
