Understood. I sadly note that I eat half of what I
used to though have been maintaining 168-175 for a
number of years. Last night I had 1/6 of a goose
and had to take some away for lunch.

I'm glad Epstein is gone - his magic touch has worn thin, and I
think he's washed up. Sorry for the Cubs, though. I think the
Sox should shed as many of Epstein's recent acquisitions as
possible, Carl Crawford, Bedard, etc. I'd like to have seen
Francona stay, but the players are poisoned enough that maybe
it's good he's out too.

   Servings:  4

      1 c  Buttermilk Pancake Mix            1/2 c  Active Starter
    1/2 c  Milk                                1    Large Egg
      1 tb Cooking Oil                       1/2 ts Baking Powder

  Mix well and let stand a few moments.  Drop by large spoonsful on hot
  griddle. NOTE: Berries of all kinds can be added to these recipes.
