Not always.  I've got one cook book my mom gave me that the county
senior citizen's group did 20 some years ago as a fund raiser.  A lot of
the recipes are very incomplete--they don't specify what size pan to
use, what oven temp, how long to cook, etc. A good number of them also
call for quite a few convenience foods, some not very specific on the
size of the can or whatever.  I'd say that was more of a case of poor
proof reading and not getting back to the contributors for specifics
tho.

Haven't had any of the "it's not delivery, it's......" type so I can't
give an opinion there.
