I usually use just extra sharp cheddar; been thinking of tossing in a
bit of some that Steve has smoked but only as a portion of the cheese
total.  Too much & the smoke taste would overwhelm everything else.

I usually add a healthy squeeze of brown mustard; combined with the
whole wheat pasta and extra sharp cheese, it adds a "hey, this is
different, but really good" twist to it.

Shakes, smoothies, anything calorie dense...........

I need that option sometimes. It's more than just bum joints factoring
in with me. Today's been pretty quite, lots of "sit" time as I've been
working on my paper for school.  First of 2 pages (plus end notes and
cover pages) done.

Definately! What really got me into doing it was when we got our first
wok.  It is a lot better than chasing all over looking for ingredients.
I just have to make sure I've got some clear conter space by the stove.

That's the trouble, mine's best set up for working while sitting down.

I'm taking a paper work break. I want to get some ideas fixed in my head
before sitting down to write again.
