You can be lucky, if the blind spots are enough off-centre.

Yes, but that was the only advice he could offer.

Interesting, that.

Recently I was in my hip surgeon's office and I picked up a "While
you're waiting..." magazine (which I was allowed to take home),
published by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners,
and read an article on migraine, which listed symptoms: "...visual
changes such as a sparkling aura around your area of vision before a
headache, and odd and transient changes in sight, sound and smell...
cold hands and feet or numbness or tingling.  People can be sensitive
to light, sounds or smells, have difficulty in concentrating, be
confused or have trouble finding words."

The only time that last happened to me I was very worried about the
possibility I was having a stroke.  That lasted about 10 minutes.

"When there is pain, it is often a severe pain that seems to be
located on one side or in one part of the head.... can last for hours
or even days."

The best that the writer could do in the way of "Causes" was,
"Migraine is caused by abnormal blood vessel activity in the brain,
which may be triggered by alcohol, smoking, allergies, dehydration,
chocolate, dairy products, some fruits, cured meats, additives such as
MSG, being hungry, hormones..."

In other words, the medics just don't know!

Michael is particularly sensitive to extraneous noises.  The first
time I met him, he was in Dave the Sac's car when I was being driven
from the airport, and he complained about a rattle in the car.  Many
years later he spent some time trying to find a rattle in my car.  I
have to admit that it annoyed me, too.

 Categories: Chinese, Chicken
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
           Assorted fresh mushrooms
           Carrot
           Seaweed
      3    Coloured peppers
           Bamboo shoots
           Sliced chicken
           Spinach
           Sliced leek
           Green lipped mussels

Water Dragon.

Today is also "Bounty Day", on Pitcairn Island, to celebrate the
burning of the ship, "Bounty" by the mutineers in 1790, when they all
decided it was better to stay there with their Polynesian lady friends
rather than return to England and prosecution.
