She's got a meeting in Seattle
Wednesday and Thursday and 
asked if she could visit with us
instead of a hotel room..Like
we'd turn that down!!
She will stay two extra days
and leave Saturday evening.

It could also be that your brother 
is not accurately relating what the
shrink's position was. I'd also wonder
if he would be up to the challenge
as well. If he does not listen to you
or the shrink, or anyone else unless
it suits him...he'd not likely listen to
a life coach either. Money down a 
hole probably.
