Be glad you're that close. We were about 25+/- miles away and Steve
worked 30 miles beyond where we lived in the opposite direction.  For a
while, he'd come home from work, grab a quick supper and go up to school
2 nights a week.  We really appreciated the gas saving Honda we had
then.

Steve is doing homework for tomorrow now.  I need to start reading for
my next classes but am taking a few days to catch up on sewing projects
that need doing.  The not so urgent ones will wait, again.

 SD>   1 1/2 c  Bouillon

I'd leave out the sherry, probably use some balsamic vinegar instead.
I'd also sub in home made stock for the bullion; it's a lot less salty
and with the soy sauce, I don't need the extra salt.  Looks good
otherwise.

 SD>   Before cooking:  Cut the lamb into strips that are 1/8 inch thick,
 SD> 1/2 inch wide and 3 inches long across the grain. Combine the
 SD> remaining ingredients (crushing the garlic with a garlic press), and

They would also be good grilled.
