Steve said he'd rather have me use foil pans, bake the pot pies (or
quiches), then freeze & tip out (presuming a 2 crust pie), storing in a
zip lock bag. Then, to reheat, thaw and nuke if I didn't want to use the
big oven. Coming into the time of year when I try to avoid a lot of use
of it as the kitchen gets so hot.

Did she attempt to play that? The college I went to has on with 3000+
pipes to it. When the head of the music department played for chapel,
he'd usually do a hymnprovisation at the end of the service--well worth
staying around for if you didn't have to get to class right afterward.

Not sure, I think the one next door to us has about the same size and it
is privately owned. At least the builder put insulation in the attic--a
house we rented in Swansboro had none until Steve put some up there. It
made a signifigant difference in the heating costs.
